Welcome to Melodies of Opportunity! We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated and committed to providing children from underserved communities with access to a musical education.
Our mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of their race or socio-economic status, can experience the joy of music.

After reading Brendan Slocumb’s novel, The Violin Conspiracy, Maya Bharti founded Melodies of Opportunity in an effort to help solve racial and financial disparities in music across the globe.
Committed to her cause, Bharti ensures that 100% of donations will be put directly towards helping underprivileged children with their musical endeavors. ​
